The Complete Nutritional Assessment is two appointments and
includes:

Session 1 (60-90 minutes):
• A discussion of your goals, main health concerns, health history, any medications or supplements you are currently taking, favourite foods, cravings, etc.
• Assessment of your food diary and symptoms questionnaire for nutritional deficiencies or excesses, possible food allergies, toxicity, bacterial imbalances and areas of nutritional weakness
• Body composition measurements including lean body mass evaluation and basal metabolic rate
• Assessment of cellular health which includes toxin and mineral imbalances and body detoxification capability evaluation
• Body hydration evaluation
• Mineral Absorption evaluation
• Energy fatigue evaluation
Session 2 (40 minutes):
• Discussion of the results
• Customized nutritional plan to help you achieve your goals.
o This will include recommendations on what foods to add or take away from your diet with lots of recipes and ways to use these foods. You will receive all of this information in hard copy to take with you.
