Getting Started

Call or email Rachel using the contact form to the right to book your first appointment or to discuss which package would best suit your needs.

During the first appointment we will:

  • Discuss your goals, main health concerns, health history, any medications or supplements you are currently taking, favourite foods, cravings, etc.
  • Assess your food diary and symptoms questionnaire for nutritional deficiencies or excesses, possible food allergies, toxicity, bacterial imbalances and areas of nutritional weakness
  • Take body composition measurements including body fat percentage, lean body mass, and basal metabolic rate
  • Assess cellular health which includes toxin and mineral imbalances and hydration status

During the second appointment we will discuss these results and I will present to you a customized nutritional plan to help you achieve your goals. This will include recommendations on what foods to add or take away from your diet with lots of recipes and ways to use these foods! You will receive a binder with all of this information in hard copy to take with you.

To prepare for your first nutritional consultation:

  • The intake forms will be emailed to you. Please fill them out and bring them with you to your first appointment
  • Bring names and doses of any supplements, herbs and/or prescription medication you are currently taking
  • No exercise or caffeine 2 hours before
  • No alcohol 12 hours before
